Multifamily

HVAC Service for Apartments and Multifamily Properties

Apartment HVAC work is really two jobs: fix the equipment, and keep the resident experience intact while you do it. We plan for both.

Rocket Air Conditioning services in unit systems, turn work and common area equipment for apartment and multifamily properties across Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas.

Where the work happens

Four streams of multifamily HVAC work

Most communities are running all four of these at the same time. Treating them as one generic service request is how comfort complaints pile up.

Occupied unit repairs

A resident reports warm air on a 105 degree afternoon and the clock starts. We diagnose in the unit, explain what failed, and either repair on the spot or come back with the part and a scheduled window the resident was told about.

Unit turns

Between residents is the only quiet window you get. Filters, coil condition, drain lines, thermostat function and airflow all get checked before the next lease starts, so the first hot week of a new tenancy is not a work order.

Common area systems

Leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness rooms and corridors are the spaces prospects walk through. When those systems are struggling, it shows up in tours and reviews before it shows up in a complaint.

Portfolio scheduling

If you run more than one community, sending work through a single point of contact beats chasing three vendors. We group requests by property and route technicians accordingly.

Fewer complaints

What lowers comfort complaints at a community

  • Catching restricted airflow and dirty coils during turns instead of during the first heat wave of the season.
  • Confirming thermostats are set up correctly so a resident is not fighting a configuration problem.
  • Clearing condensate drains before a slow line becomes a ceiling stain in the unit below.
  • Telling your on site team plainly which units are near end of life, so replacement gets budgeted rather than triaged.

Ongoing inspections can be handled under a commercial maintenance agreement, and larger equipment decisions are covered on our commercial HVAC services page.

Multifamily HVAC questions

Yes. Occupied unit work is a normal part of what we do. We coordinate access with your on site team, keep the work area clean and let residents know what was done before we leave.
