Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 28, 2026
Last updated: July 28, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services of Rocket Air Conditioning LLC ("Rocket Air Conditioning," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, booking an appointment, opting in to our text messaging program, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to request services or to opt in to our messaging program.

Nevada Contractor Licensing

Rocket Air Conditioning LLC is a licensed and insured HVAC contractor licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board.

Consumers may verify our license, confirm our bond and insurance status, and file a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board at nvcontractorsboard.com. Nevada law (NRS 624.720) requires that a licensed contractor's company name and license number appear in its advertising, including on the internet.

Residential work is governed by a separate written contract. Where Nevada law requires a written residential contract, that signed contract — including its required statutory disclosures, payment schedule, scope of work, and any applicable right to cancel — governs the work and controls over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. Nothing on our website, in an email, or in a text message forms a binding contract for construction or residential improvement work.

Services Description

Rocket Air Conditioning provides HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation services for residential and commercial customers in Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and surrounding areas in Southern Nevada. Services include air conditioning repair and maintenance, heating and furnace service, system installation and replacement, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, thermostat installation, duct cleaning and airflow, indoor air quality solutions, and commercial HVAC including rooftop units and maintenance agreements.

Promotional offers such as free inspections are subject to eligibility, service-area limits, and availability. Certain offers are limited to first-time customers within our service area.

Free Rocket 21-Point A/C Inspection — Offer Terms

We offer a complimentary Rocket 21-Point A/C Inspection, a $300 stated value, subject to the following terms:

  • Eligibility: available to first-time Rocket Air Conditioning customers who are homeowners at a residential address within our Las Vegas–area service area. Renters must have the property owner's authorization. Not available for commercial equipment unless we confirm in writing that it applies.
  • What's included: a technician visit with no trip fee, a 21-point inspection of your air conditioning system, and a written report of findings.
  • What's not included: the inspection is diagnostic only. It does not include parts, refrigerant, repairs, cleanings, duct work, or any corrective labor. Any recommended work is quoted separately and performed only with your authorization.
  • Limits: one free inspection per household and per system, one time. We reserve the right to limit or decline the offer where it has already been used at the property, where the address is outside our service area, where the equipment is inaccessible or unsafe to inspect, or where the request appears duplicative or abusive.
  • No obligation: you are under no obligation to purchase anything as a result of the inspection.
  • No purchase or consent required: requesting the free inspection does not require you to consent to marketing text messages.
  • Availability: offer subject to technician availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time; requests already accepted will be honored.

Free Smart Thermostat with Repair

When you authorize and complete a qualifying repair with us, we will provide and install a WiFi smart thermostat at no additional charge. The specific thermostat model is selected by Rocket Air Conditioning based on compatibility with your system and current availability. The offer applies only when the repair is completed and paid for, is not redeemable for cash or credit, cannot be combined with other thermostat promotions unless we agree in writing, and does not apply where your existing system or wiring is incompatible with a WiFi thermostat. Ongoing WiFi connectivity, app functionality, and manufacturer account terms are the responsibility of the thermostat manufacturer and your internet service provider.

Rebates and Tax Credits

On system replacements we will walk you through utility rebates and federal or state tax credits that may be available. This is informational assistance only and is not tax, legal, or financial advice. Eligibility, amounts, program availability, and deadlines are set by the utility or the government program, not by us, and can change or be exhausted without notice. We do not guarantee that you will qualify for or receive any rebate or credit. Consult your tax professional.

Estimates and Pricing

Any pricing communicated before an on-site visit is an estimate only. Final pricing is subject to an on-site assessment of your system, home, and scope of work. We will present pricing before starting the work.

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the estimate and may be revised if equipment or material costs change, if the scope of work changes, or if conditions are discovered that were not visible or disclosed at the time of the estimate. No additional work beyond the authorized scope will be performed, and no additional charges will be incurred, without your authorization. Where the additional work is required to complete the job safely or to code, we will stop, explain the issue, and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless a written payment schedule states otherwise. We accept the payment methods identified at the time of service. Returned payments and past-due balances may incur charges to the extent permitted by Nevada law.

Property Access and Consent

By requesting service, you represent that you are the owner of the property or are authorized by the owner to request the work and to permit access.

You authorize Rocket Air Conditioning's technicians to enter the property and the areas necessary to perform the work, including interior living areas, garages, attics, crawlspaces, closets, mechanical rooms, electrical panels, side yards, roofs, and rooftop units. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access, including gate codes, keys, ladders access points, alarm codes, or parking as needed, and to secure pets during the visit.

You agree to disclose in advance any known hazard or condition affecting access or safety — including aggressive animals, structural defects, unpermitted work, known asbestos or lead-containing materials, mold, pest infestation, hoarding conditions, or damaged roofing. An adult 18 or older must be present at the property for residential work unless you have given us written authorization to work without someone present.

You consent to our technicians taking photographs and video of equipment and job-site conditions for documentation purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not use images of your property for marketing without your separate written permission.

Pre-Existing Conditions and Damage

HVAC systems in Southern Nevada frequently operate under extreme heat load and many systems we service are aged. You acknowledge:

  • We are not responsible for the pre-existing condition of your equipment, ductwork, electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, roofing, drywall, insulation, or structure.
  • Aged, corroded, brittle, or improperly installed components can fail during ordinary diagnosis, service, or removal. Where a component fails during service due to its pre-existing condition, wear, age, or prior non-code installation, that failure is not the result of our workmanship and we are not liable for it. We will inform you and quote any repair.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing code violations, unpermitted prior work, undersized electrical service, or non-conforming duct systems, and we may decline to work on them until they are corrected.
  • If asbestos, mold, lead paint, hazardous materials, vermin, or structurally unsafe conditions are discovered, we will stop work immediately. Remediation is not within our scope of licensure and must be handled by an appropriately licensed specialist at your expense before we resume.
  • We document conditions photographically before and after work. You are encouraged to note and tell us about any existing damage before we begin.

Claims of damage caused by our work must be reported to us within 7 days of the service visit so we can inspect and address them.

Workmanship Warranty and Manufacturer Warranty

These are two different warranties from two different parties.

Our workmanship warranty. Rocket Air Conditioning warrants its workmanship for the period stated on the invoice or written contract for the job. The workmanship warranty does not extend to:

  • The parts or equipment themselves — those are covered, if at all, by the manufacturer's warranty
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, tampering, unauthorized repair, power surges, lightning, flood, fire, vandalism, or acts of nature
  • Failures caused by lack of maintenance, blocked filters, closed vents, thermostat misuse, or homeowner-adjusted controls
  • Undersized or defective electrical supply, gas supply, drainage, or ductwork that we did not install
  • Unpaid balances on the job in question
  • Relocation of the equipment, or transfer of the property, unless we agree in writing

The workmanship warranty is our sole express warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law.

Maintenance Agreements and Recurring Plans

If you enroll in a residential maintenance plan or a commercial maintenance agreement, the following apply unless your signed agreement says otherwise:

  • Term and renewal: plans run for the term stated in the agreement and renew automatically for successive terms of the same length unless either party cancels before the renewal date. We will send a renewal reminder to the email or phone number on file before each renewal.
  • Billing: billed on the cadence stated in your agreement (monthly or annually) to the payment method on file. Prices may change at renewal; we will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change before it takes effect.
  • Cancellation: you may cancel at any time by contacting us at (702) 789-3898 or contact@rocketairconditioning.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for a completed term or completed visits are not refundable; prepaid annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for visits not yet performed, less the retail value of any discounts or free services already used.
  • Scheduling of included visits: included maintenance visits must be scheduled by you and performed within the plan term. Unused visits do not roll over unless we agree in writing.
  • Transferability: plans are tied to the specific equipment and service address. On sale of the property, a plan may be transferred to the new owner with our written consent, or cancelled as of the closing date.
  • Commercial agreements: commercial and property-management agreements — including scope per rooftop unit, response-time commitments, after-hours rates, escalation contacts, and invoicing — are governed by their own written agreement, which controls over these Terms.

Scheduling, Arrival Windows, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Appointment times are estimates, not guarantees, and may shift due to weather, prior jobs running long, parts availability, or emergency calls. We will contact you if we are running outside your window.

  • Emergency dispatch takes priority. Routine maintenance and non-urgent appointments may be rescheduled when emergency calls require our technicians.
  • Cancellations and reschedules: please contact us as soon as possible, and at least 24 hours before your appointment where you can.
  • No-shows and inaccessible properties: if no authorized adult is present, if the property or equipment is inaccessible, or if we are turned away on arrival, we may charge a trip or dispatch fee at our then-current rate. Repeated no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings.
  • Trip fees, diagnostic fees, and after-hours rates, where they apply, are disclosed to you before we dispatch.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

We may refuse, suspend, or discontinue service, and leave the property, at our discretion, including where:

  • Conditions are unsafe for our technicians (unstable roof or attic access, exposed or improperly grounded wiring, gas leaks, extreme heat exposure, structural instability)
  • Hazardous materials are present or suspected, including asbestos, mold, lead, sewage, or biohazards
  • Animals are aggressive or not secured
  • The equipment or work area is inaccessible or obstructed
  • Hazards or property conditions were not disclosed to us in advance
  • Anyone at the property behaves abusively, threateningly, or is impaired
  • The requested work would require us to violate code, permit requirements, manufacturer specifications, or the terms of our license
  • Payment terms are not met or a prior balance is unpaid

If we refuse or discontinue service for any of these reasons, you remain responsible for any diagnostic, trip, or work already performed.

Emergency and 24/7 Service

We offer emergency HVAC service, subject to technician availability. Emergency availability is not a guaranteed response time. We do not commit to any specific arrival time, same-day service, or restoration time unless a written agreement expressly provides for it. Emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday service may be billed at premium rates, which we disclose before dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, extreme demand periods, parts and equipment availability, utility outages, supplier delays, permitting, or other conditions beyond our reasonable control.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program description

Rocket Air Conditioning LLC operates a text messaging program for its customers and prospective customers in Southern Nevada, delivered through our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel) and our field service platform (HouseCall Pro). The program has two message categories:

  • Customer care / transactional messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and rescheduling coordination, technician arrival ("on the way") notifications, service updates, estimate and invoice notices, and replies to inquiries you submit.
  • Marketing / promotional messages: occasional offers such as seasonal maintenance reminders, free inspection promotions, and service specials.

How to opt in

We only message people who have affirmatively opted in. We do not purchase, rent, or import third-party phone lists, and we do not send messages to numbers we obtained from anyone other than you. Consent given to Rocket Air Conditioning applies only to Rocket Air Conditioning and is never shared with, transferred to, or relied upon by any other company or affiliate.

You may opt in through any of the following:

  1. The contact form at rocketairconditioning.com/contact-v3 — by checking one or both consent boxes
  2. The free Rocket 21-Point A/C Inspection request form on our inspection landing page — by checking one or both consent boxes
  3. The HouseCall Pro online booking flow, reached from "Book Online" on our website — by checking one or both consent boxes
  4. By phone or in person — by verbally asking us to text you, which our staff records in our CRM with the date, the number, and the request
  5. By texting us first at (702) 789-3898, which constitutes consent to receive replies about your inquiry

Verbatim consent language

Both consent boxes are presented unchecked by default. The exact text displayed is:

Transactional / service messages (required to receive service texts):

I agree to receive service and appointment text messages and phone calls from Rocket Air Conditioning LLC at the phone number I provided, including appointment confirmations, scheduling coordination, technician arrival notifications, and replies to my request. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

Marketing / promotional messages (optional):

I agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages and phone calls from Rocket Air Conditioning LLC at the phone number I provided, including seasonal maintenance reminders, free inspection offers, and service specials. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

Express written consent and "not a condition of purchase"

By checking a box you are giving your prior express written consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages from Rocket Air Conditioning LLC at the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may decline both boxes and still request an estimate, book service, or receive the free inspection — call us at (702) 789-3898 or email contact@rocketairconditioning.com.

Opt-in confirmation

After you opt in, we send one confirmation message identifying Rocket Air Conditioning and stating how to get help and how to opt out. Example: "Rocket Air Conditioning: You're subscribed to service updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

Sample messages

  • "Thanks for requesting the Rocket 21-Point A/C Inspection! A Rocket Air Conditioning team member will reach out shortly to confirm a date that works for you. Reply STOP to opt out."
  • "Rocket Air Conditioning: Your appointment is confirmed for Tue 8/4 between 12–3pm at 123 Example St. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
  • "Rocket Air Conditioning: Your technician Marcus is on the way and should arrive in about 20 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out."

  • "[Name], summer is almost here — book your free A/C inspection with Rocket Air Conditioning before peak heat. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the services you request. You will typically receive messages related to your inquiry, appointment, or occasional promotional offers.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Rocket Air Conditioning does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's plan rates apply.

HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (702) 789-3898 or contact@rocketairconditioning.com.

STOP / how to revoke consent

You may revoke your consent at any time, by any reasonable means. You are not limited to a single keyword or a single channel. Any of the following works:

  • Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message
  • Reply in plain language — "stop texting me," "take me off your list," "please remove me"
  • Call (702) 789-3898
  • Email contact@rocketairconditioning.com
  • Tell any Rocket Air Conditioning technician or office staff member in person
  • Write to Rocket Air Conditioning LLC, 10409 Pacific Palisades Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89144

We honor revocations as soon as practicable and no later than ten (10) business days after receipt. We may send one confirmation of your opt-out; not replying to it does not re-subscribe you. We treat an opt-out as applying to all marketing contact from us across text, phone, and email unless you tell us otherwise. To rejoin later, opt in again as you did the first time.

Text messages do not constitute a contract

Text messages, emails, and website communications do not constitute a contract for services, an authorization to perform work, a binding estimate, or a warranty. Work is authorized and priced only through a signed estimate, work order, or written contract as applicable under Nevada law.

Carrier disclaimer and eligibility

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability. Our program is supported by major U.S. carriers, but we do not guarantee delivery on every carrier or handset. You must be 18 or older, the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you agree to notify us if that number is reassigned or no longer yours.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy and our SMS Terms & Messaging Policy for full detail.

Email Communications

If you give us your email address, we may send you service-related email and, where you have opted in, marketing email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our physical postal address, and we honor unsubscribes within 10 business days, consistent with CAN-SPAM.

Reviews, Testimonials, and Customer Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, or other content to us or on a public platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce and display it in connection with our business, with attribution as you provided it. Testimonials reflect the experience of individual customers and are not a guarantee that you will experience the same result.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Rocket Air Conditioning LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except for the express workmanship warranty stated above. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on our website, including service descriptions, blog content, energy-savings discussions, and indoor air quality information, is general information only and is not a diagnosis of, or a promise of results for, your specific system or property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Air Conditioning LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services, including loss of use, loss of business, spoilage, discomfort, or increased utility costs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any job shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that job.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Nevada law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Air Conditioning LLC, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your failure to disclose a known hazard or property condition, your misrepresentation of authority to permit work at a property, or the acts of others at the property during a service visit.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at (702) 789-3898 or contact@rocketairconditioning.com so we can try to resolve it directly — most issues are resolved this way. Complaints regarding licensed contracting work may also be submitted to the Nevada State Contractors Board.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our SMS Terms & Messaging Policy, and any signed estimate, work order, contract, or maintenance agreement, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding their subject matter. A signed written contract for a specific job controls over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
