About Rocket Air Conditioning

Rocket Air Conditioning LLC is a licensed, insured, family-owned HVAC company with more than 20 years of experience, serving Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and surrounding areas in Southern Nevada. We provide air conditioning and heating repair, maintenance, and installation for homes and businesses. This page describes how we use SMS text messaging to communicate with our customers and leads. We are licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board.

Program Description

Rocket Air Conditioning LLC operates an SMS program with two types of messages, and you consent to each type separately:

• Customer Care / Transactional messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and rescheduling coordination, technician arrival notifications, service and job status updates, estimate and invoice notices, and responses to inquiries you submit through our website or by phone.
• Marketing / Promotional messages: occasional offers such as seasonal maintenance reminders, free inspection promotions, and other service specials.

Messages are sent through our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel) and our field service and scheduling platform (HouseCall Pro).

How to Opt In

We only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided their phone number and explicitly opted in. We do not purchase, rent, or import phone number lists, and we do not message numbers obtained from anyone other than you. Consent you give to Rocket Air Conditioning applies only to Rocket Air Conditioning — it is never transferred to, shared with, or relied upon by any other company, affiliate, or brand.

You may opt in through any of the following:

1. The contact form at rocketairconditioning.com/contact-v3 — by checking one or both consent boxes
2. The free Rocket 21-Point A/C Inspection request form on our inspection offer landing page — by checking one or both consent boxes
3. The online booking flow hosted by HouseCall Pro, reached from the "Book Online" button on our website — by checking one or both consent boxes
4. By phone or in person — by verbally asking us to text you; our staff records the request, the date, and the number in our CRM
5. By texting us first at (702) 789-3898, which constitutes consent to receive replies about your inquiry

The Two Consent Checkboxes

Our forms present two separate checkboxes, both unchecked by default. You may check either, both, or neither. The exact language displayed on our forms is:

Transactional / service messages (required to receive service texts):

I agree to receive service and appointment text messages and phone calls from Rocket Air Conditioning LLC at the phone number I provided, including appointment confirmations, scheduling coordination, technician arrival notifications, and replies to my request. Marketing / promotional messages (optional):

I agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages and phone calls from Rocket Air Conditioning LLC at the phone number I provided, including seasonal maintenance reminders, free inspection offers, and service specials. Checking a box gives your prior express written consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages from Rocket Air Conditioning LLC at the number you provided. The two consents are stored separately in our CRM, together with the date, time, IP address, page URL, and the exact consent text shown to you.

Opt-In Confirmation

After you opt in, you will receive one confirmation message identifying Rocket Air Conditioning and stating how to get help and how to opt out. For example:

"Rocket Air Conditioning: You're subscribed to service updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

Sample Messages

The following are representative examples of messages you may receive:

• "Thanks for requesting the Rocket 21-Point A/C Inspection! A Rocket Air Conditioning team member will reach out shortly to confirm a date that works best for you. Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Rocket Air Conditioning: Your appointment is confirmed for Tue 8/4 between 12–3pm at 123 Example St. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
• "Rocket Air Conditioning: Your technician Marcus is on the way and should arrive in about 20 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Hi [Name], this is Rocket Air Conditioning following up on your inspection request. Reply here or call (702) 789-3898 to lock in your appointment. Reply STOP to opt out."
• "[Name], summer is almost here! Book your free A/C inspection with Rocket Air Conditioning before peak heat. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the services you request. You will typically receive messages related to your inquiry, appointment, or occasional promotional offers.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Rocket Air Conditioning does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard plan rates apply.

Quiet Hours

We do not send marketing text messages before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in your local time. Time-sensitive transactional messages about an active job or appointment — for example, a technician-arrival notification for an emergency call you requested — may fall outside that window.

Opt-Out and Revoking Consent

You may revoke your consent at any time, by any reasonable means that clearly expresses your wish to stop receiving messages. You are not required to use a specific keyword or a specific channel. Any of the following works:

• Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from us
• Reply in plain language — for example, "stop texting me," "take me off your list," or "please remove me"
• Call us at (702) 789-3898 and ask to be removed
• Email contact@rocketairconditioning.com with your phone number and your request
• Tell any Rocket Air Conditioning technician or office staff member in person
• Write to Rocket Air Conditioning LLC, 10409 Pacific Palisades Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89144

We honor a revocation as soon as practicable and in no event later than ten (10) business days after we receive it. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent; not replying to that confirmation does not re-subscribe you.

We treat an opt-out as applying to all marketing contact from Rocket Air Conditioning across text, phone, and email unless you tell us you only want to stop one channel, and we add your number to our internal do-not-contact list, which we do not delete.

Because our two consents are recorded separately, you may also opt out of marketing messages only and keep receiving service and appointment messages about an active job — just tell us that. Conversely, if you opt out entirely while a job is open, we will contact you by phone or email instead.

To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

Carriers and Eligibility

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Our program is supported by major U.S. carriers, but we cannot guarantee delivery on every carrier or handset.

You must be 18 years or older and either the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Please notify us if the number is reassigned or is no longer yours.

Consent Not Required for Purchase

Consent to receive text messages — transactional or marketing — is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Rocket Air Conditioning. You can always reach us at (702) 789-3898 or contact@rocketairconditioning.com, or book online, without opting in to text messages. This includes the free Rocket 21-Point A/C Inspection: you do not have to consent to marketing texts to claim it.

Text Messages Do Not Constitute a Contract

Text messages do not constitute a contract for services, an authorization to perform work, a binding estimate, a price quote, or a warranty. Work is authorized and priced only through a signed estimate, work order, or written contract as applicable under Nevada law. See our Terms & Conditions.

Privacy & Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The only exception is a narrow operational one: we share your mobile number with the subcontractors and service providers that technically deliver our messages and coordinate scheduling — our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our underlying messaging carrier and aggregator, and our field service and scheduling platform (HouseCall Pro) — solely so a message can be transmitted to you or an appointment can be coordinated. These providers act on our instructions under contract, may not use your mobile information for their own marketing, and may not sell it or disclose it onward for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories of data described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We retain SMS consent and opt-out records for at least five (5) years as proof of consent, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and we retain internal do-not-contact entries indefinitely. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Terms & Messaging Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
