Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 28, 2026
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Air Conditioning LLC ("Rocket Air Conditioning," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit our website at https://www.rocketairconditioning.com, contact us, request a quote or inspection, book an appointment, or use our HVAC services in Las Vegas, Nevada and surrounding areas. By using our site or services, you agree to the practices described here.
Rocket Air Conditioning LLC is a family-owned, licensed and insured HVAC contractor serving Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and surrounding communities in Southern Nevada. We are licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you fill out a form, request an inspection or quote, book an appointment, complete a quiz on our site, or otherwise contact us, we collect information such as:
- Identifiers and contact information — first and last name, phone number, email address, mailing address.
- Service address and property information — the street address, ZIP code, and unit or suite number where service is to be performed; property type (single-family home, condominium, apartment, commercial building); home-ownership status; and access details you give us (gate codes, lockbox instructions, pet or alarm notes).
- HVAC system and equipment information — make, model, serial number, age, refrigerant type, tonnage, filter size, thermostat type, ductwork condition, prior repairs, and warranty status of the equipment at your property.
- Job-site documentation, including photographs and video — our technicians photograph or video equipment, attics, crawlspaces, mechanical rooms, roofs, rooftop units, electrical connections, and related conditions to document the condition of the system before and after work, to support estimates, diagnostics, warranty claims, and permit or inspection requirements. See "Job-Site Photographs and Property Documentation" below.
- Service and appointment records — appointment dates and arrival windows, work performed, technician notes, estimates, invoices, and service history.
- Communications — the content of calls, text messages, emails, web-form submissions, chat messages, and voicemails you exchange with us, including call recordings where we notify you that a call is recorded.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We may receive a transaction confirmation, the last four digits of the card, and the billing name and ZIP code. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Consent records — the date, time, IP address, page URL, form name, and exact consent language displayed at the moment you checked a consent box or otherwise gave consent, retained as proof of consent as described under "Data Retention."
Automatically collected data. When you use our website we may automatically collect information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs, and interactions, using cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies. See "Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Your Choices."
Information from other sources. We may receive information from our scheduling and CRM platforms, from a property manager, HOA, or building owner who requests service on your behalf, from equipment manufacturers in connection with warranty claims, and from advertising platforms that report which ad or campaign led you to us.
Job-Site Photographs and Property Documentation
Our technicians routinely take photographs and video at your property for documentation purposes — to record the pre-existing condition of equipment and surrounding areas, to support a diagnosis or estimate, to substantiate a warranty or insurance claim, to satisfy permitting or inspection requirements, and to train our technicians internally.
We will not use photographs or video of your property, equipment, or home in advertising, on social media, on our website, or in any other marketing material without your separate, express permission. Documentation use and marketing use are treated as different purposes, and consent to one is never treated as consent to the other. If you would like us to remove documentation photos we hold, contact us using the details below.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide requested information, estimates, and quotes
- To schedule, confirm, dispatch, and follow up on service appointments
- To send appointment reminders, technician-arrival notifications, service updates, and account communications
- To perform, document, invoice, and warranty the services you request
- To send promotional offers and marketing communications where you have given us permission to do so
- To administer promotional offers such as the free Rocket 21-Point A/C Inspection and to verify eligibility for them
- To improve our website, services, advertising, and customer experience
- To maintain our internal do-not-contact and suppression lists
- To comply with legal obligations, including consent record-keeping under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Nevada contractor record-keeping requirements, and tax and accounting obligations, and to enforce our Terms & Conditions
SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The only exception is a narrow operational one: we share your mobile number with the subcontractors and service providers that technically deliver our messages and manage our scheduling — our SMS/CRM platform (GoHighLevel), our underlying messaging carrier and aggregator, and our field service and scheduling platform (HouseCall Pro) — solely so that a message can be transmitted to you or an appointment can be coordinated. These providers act on our instructions under contract, may not use your mobile information for their own marketing, and may not sell it or disclose it onward for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. All categories of data described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose other than the operational message-delivery function described above.
How you opt in
We only send text messages to people who have affirmatively opted in. We do not purchase, rent, or send messages to third-party phone lists, and consent given to Rocket Air Conditioning is never transferred to, shared with, or relied on by any other company, affiliate, or brand.
Consent is collected through the following surfaces, each using two separate checkboxes that are unchecked by default:
- The contact form at rocketairconditioning.com/contact-v3
- The free Rocket 21-Point A/C Inspection request form on our inspection offer landing page
- The online booking flow hosted by HouseCall Pro, reached from the "Book Online" button on our website
- By phone or in person, when you verbally ask us to text you and our staff records that request, the date, and the number in our CRM
- By texting us first at our published business number, which constitutes consent to receive replies about your inquiry
The exact language displayed next to each checkbox is:
Transactional / service messages (required to receive service texts):
I agree to receive service and appointment text messages and phone calls from Rocket Air Conditioning LLC at the phone number I provided, including appointment confirmations, scheduling coordination, technician arrival notifications, and replies to my request. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
Marketing / promotional messages (optional):
I agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages and phone calls from Rocket Air Conditioning LLC at the phone number I provided, including seasonal maintenance reminders, free inspection offers, and service specials. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
Neither box is pre-checked, the two consents are recorded separately, and you may submit the form and receive service from us without checking the marketing box.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
Consent to receive text messages — of either type — is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Rocket Air Conditioning. You can always reach us by phone at (702) 789-3898 or by email at contact@rocketairconditioning.com.
Frequency, cost, and confirmation
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the services you request. Message and data rates may apply. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message identifying Rocket Air Conditioning and describing how to get help or opt out.
How to opt out or revoke consent
You may revoke your consent to calls and texts at any time, by any reasonable means — you are not required to use a specific keyword or a specific channel. Any of the following will work:
- Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from us
- Reply in plain language — for example, "stop texting me," "take me off your list," or "please remove me"
- Call us at (702) 789-3898 and ask to be removed
- Email contact@rocketairconditioning.com with your phone number and your request
- Tell any Rocket Air Conditioning technician or office staff member in person
- Write to us at 10409 Pacific Palisades Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89144
We will honor a revocation as soon as practicable and in no event later than ten (10) business days after we receive it. We may send a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out; not responding to that message does not re-subscribe you. We treat an opt-out as applying to all marketing messages from us across text, phone, and email unless you tell us otherwise, and we add your number to our internal do-not-contact list, which we do not delete.
If you opt out of marketing messages but still have an open job, quote, or appointment with us, we may continue to send you transactional messages strictly about that job unless you ask us to stop those as well.
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (702) 789-3898 or contact@rocketairconditioning.com, for help with our messaging program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
For our full messaging program disclosures, see our SMS Terms & Messaging Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Your Choices
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. The specific tools we use include:
- Google Tag Manager (container GTM-TZW3PSMX) and Google Analytics — website analytics and measurement
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel (ID 530470203041387) — advertising measurement and audience building for our Facebook and Instagram ads
- Session and preference cookies necessary for the site to function
These tools may set cookies or device identifiers that allow Google and Meta to recognize your browser across websites.
Your choices:
- Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other universal opt-out signals. Where our website detects a legally recognized universal opt-out signal such as GPC transmitted by your browser or extension, we treat that signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser, and we disable non-essential advertising cookies for that session. Because a GPC signal is browser- and device-specific, you must send it from each browser and device you use.
- Platform opt-outs. You can limit ad personalization through Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) and through your Meta Ad Preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences).
- Email and SMS. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or any of the opt-out methods listed above for text messages.
- Direct request. Email contact@rocketairconditioning.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and we will process your request manually.
We do not knowingly respond to browser "Do Not Track" headers, which have no agreed technical standard; we do honor GPC as described above.
How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate our business, and we share it with the following categories of recipients:
| Recipient | Role | What is shared |
|---|---|---|
| HouseCall Pro | Field service management — online booking, scheduling, dispatch, job records, estimates, invoicing | Name, phone, email, service address, appointment and job details |
| GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) | CRM, lead management, email and SMS delivery, workflow automation | Name, phone, email, ZIP code, form submissions, consent records, message history |
| Our SMS carrier/aggregator (via GoHighLevel) | Technical transmission of text messages | Mobile number and message content only |
| Google LLC (Tag Manager, Analytics, Google Ads) | Website analytics and advertising measurement | Online identifiers, device and usage data |
| Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel) | Advertising measurement and audience building | Online identifiers, device and usage data, conversion events |
| Payment processor | Payment authorization and settlement | Billing name, amount, transaction data (processed directly by the processor) |
| Website hosting provider | Hosting and delivery of our website | Server logs, IP address |
| Equipment manufacturers and distributors | Warranty registration and warranty claims | Name, service address, equipment model and serial number |
| Subcontractors and licensed trade partners | Performing part of a job (e.g., electrical, crane, duct fabrication) | Only what is necessary to complete that portion of the work |
| Legal, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities | Where required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety | As required |
| A successor entity | In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets | As applicable, subject to this Policy |
All service providers are engaged under contract, act on our instructions, and are prohibited from using your information for their own marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We do not sell, rent, trade, or license customer lists, leads, or contact information to any third party. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, then delete or de-identify it. Our standard periods:
| Data type | Retention period |
|---|---|
| SMS/call consent records (opt-in evidence: timestamp, IP, form, consent text; and opt-out records) | At least five (5) years from the date consent was given or revoked, to satisfy TCPA record-keeping and defend against claims. Consent records are retained even after you opt out, because they are the proof that we honored your opt-out. |
| Internal do-not-contact / suppression list entries | Retained indefinitely — we never delete a suppression entry, because deleting it would risk contacting you again |
| Customer service and job records, invoices, estimates, and signed contracts | At least four (4) years after the last service, and longer where a warranty, permit, lien, or claim period is still open |
| Job-site documentation photographs | Duration of the applicable warranty period, and at least four (4) years after the job |
| Prospect/lead records where no service was performed | Twenty-four (24) months from last contact, then deleted or de-identified |
| Website analytics and advertising data | Per the retention settings of Google Analytics and Meta, generally 14 months or less |
| Accounting and tax records | Seven (7) years, per federal and Nevada requirements |
| Email marketing records | Duration of subscription plus twenty-four (24) months |
Where a legal obligation, open dispute, insurance claim, warranty period, or contractor record-keeping duty requires longer retention, we retain the record until that obligation ends.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including access controls on our CRM and scheduling systems, encrypted transmission of data submitted through our website, and limiting employee access to what is needed to do the job. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a breach of the security of the system results in the unauthorized acquisition of unencrypted personal information covered by NRS 603A.220, we will notify affected Nevada residents in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with Nevada law.
Your Rights and Choices
Regardless of where you live, you may:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request that we correct inaccurate information
- Request that we delete information we no longer need to keep
- Opt out of marketing emails, calls, and text messages at any time (see the opt-out methods above)
- Ask us to stop taking or to delete job-site photographs of your property
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@rocketairconditioning.com (subject line: "Privacy Request"), call (702) 789-3898, or write to 10409 Pacific Palisades Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89144. We may need to verify your identity — typically by confirming the phone number, email address, or service address already on file — before acting on a request.
Deletion requests are subject to legal limits. We cannot delete records we are required to keep, including SMS and call consent records retained under the TCPA, entries on our internal do-not-contact list, signed contracts and job records retained under Nevada contractor record-keeping requirements, and accounting and tax records. We will tell you which categories we are retaining and why.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
Your Nevada Privacy Rights (NRS 603A / SB 220)
Rocket Air Conditioning is an operator of an internet website that collects covered information from Nevada consumers, and this section is provided under NRS 603A.300 to 603A.360, as amended by Senate Bill 220 (2019).
Categories of covered information we collect: first and last name, physical/mailing address, service address, email address, telephone number, and other identifiers that allow a specific person to be contacted physically or online, together with the property, equipment, service history, and usage information described under "Information We Collect."
Categories of third parties with whom covered information may be shared: field service management and scheduling providers, CRM and communications providers, messaging carriers, website hosting providers, analytics and advertising providers, payment processors, equipment manufacturers for warranty purposes, licensed subcontractors, professional advisors, and legal or regulatory authorities — as detailed in the table under "How We Share Information."
Third-party collection across sites: third parties, including Google and Meta, may collect covered information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our website, through the cookies and pixels described above.
Reviewing and requesting changes: you may review the covered information we maintain about you, and request corrections, using the contact details in this section.
Your right to opt out of the sale of covered information. Nevada consumers have the right to direct us not to make any sale of covered information we have collected or will collect about them. Rocket Air Conditioning does not sell covered information as "sale" is defined in NRS 603A.100, and we have no plans to do so. You may nevertheless submit a verified opt-out request, and we will honor it.
Designated request address for Nevada opt-out requests:
Email: contact@rocketairconditioning.com — subject line "NEVADA OPT-OUT REQUEST"
Or call: (702) 789-3898
Or mail: Rocket Air Conditioning LLC, Attn: Nevada Privacy Request, 10409 Pacific Palisades Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89144
Please include your full name, the email address and phone number you have used with us, and your service address so we can verify the request. We will respond to a verified request within 60 days of receipt. If reasonably necessary, we may extend that period by an additional 30 days and will notify you of the extension.
The effective date of this notice is stated at the top of this page.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the following rights:
- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed
- Right to delete personal information, subject to the legal exceptions described above
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect or use sensitive personal information as that term is defined in the CCPA beyond what is necessary to provide our services
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights
Categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months: identifiers; customer records information (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.80); commercial information (services purchased or considered); internet or network activity; approximate geolocation derived from IP address and service address; audio and visual information (call recordings where disclosed, job-site photographs); and inferences drawn from the above.
We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We do share online identifiers with Google and Meta for advertising measurement, which may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. To opt out, send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser (which we honor as a valid opt-out request), or email contact@rocketairconditioning.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
To submit a request, use the contact details below. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with written permission. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extendable by an additional 45 days with notice.
Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law — including Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia — you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a portable copy, to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling, and to appeal a denial of a request.
Rocket Air Conditioning operates only in Southern Nevada and may not meet the applicability thresholds of these laws. Regardless, we will honor verifiable requests from residents of these states to the extent the applicable law provides. Submit requests to contact@rocketairconditioning.com with the subject line "State Privacy Request" and tell us your state of residence.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond in writing within 45 days with our decision and the reasons for it. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. In particular, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. We also do not knowingly accept service requests, form submissions, or SMS opt-ins from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us at contact@rocketairconditioning.com so we can delete it.
Third-Party Websites
Our website links to third-party sites and services, including our online booking flow hosted by HouseCall Pro and our social media profiles. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those services. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party service you use.
